[TCB jeans "Ranchman Shirt Denim" Denim Western Shirt]
Made on a 1940s western shirt base.
The details remain the same, with a slightly cleaner silhouette than the vintage, making it easier to match any style.
The denim is 8.5 ounces of natural uneven denim using California cotton.
Light ounce denim with a work taste that has irregularities (bulging and rough feeling) on the fabric, which is slowly woven with an old power loom.
For winding, use a 1/4 inch Union Special winding sewing machine that sews jeans (TCB 60's in TCB).
By sewing with this sewing machine, puckering similar to used clothing is created. The V-stitch on the back yoke is sewn in a single shot with reference to used clothing.
The label is a feature of used clothing that I referred to, the so-called "long ear name" with long horns changed to long ears. The dot button is a white butterfly shell and is Universal.
The more you wear it, the more texture it has and the easier it is to match with jeans.
From the quality and simple design of Made in JAPAN, it is a gem that you can use habitually for a long time without getting tired.
*Due to the characteristics of the fabric, Ranchman Denim is susceptible to shrinkage due to subsequent washings.
By the time it becomes a vintage-like texture, it may shrink to about one size in various places, so we recommend ordering one size up from just the right size.
