The Demeyere Apollo Wok 36cm Stainless Steel is constructed from 7-PlyMaterial that provides optimal heat distribution across the entire surface of the wok.

It has a small flat base with a TriplInduc layers which ensures it remains flat even after years of use.

The welded stainless steel handles remain cool to touch during the cooking process. The Demeyere Apollo Wok has a Silvinox surface treatment which means it resists corrosion and marks and is suitable for use with metal utensils.
